Who is Pilates CoreFit for?
Pilates CoreFit is for anyone who wants to improve/maintain their current strength and flexibility, recover from an injury or prevent them from occurring or improved athletic performance. Exercises performed in our group mat classes are not specific to the individual, rather cater for general population and are great for increasing flexibility and core strength.
