Is this similar to Antigravity-Yoga?
Hi Jaqueline,
Yoga-Fly does have some similarities with antigravity yoga, the new yoga trend from the US.
What makes Yoga-Fly special is, that it fuses in the principals of the Pilates Method:
- Precision
- Alignment
- Fluidity
- Awareness
- Control
Yoga-Fly is a project born and created in Thailand by Patricia Duchaussoy. Available to anyone in Thailand and Asia who wants to try.
Cheers
