Yoga Fly Instructor training basic 1 will provide you with the solid foundation and skills you need to teach beginners Yoga Fly™ classes. Ongoing practice after the instructor training is part process to become a certified instructor.

Technical knowledge about the training instrument
Basic principles
Exercise goals
Modifications to increase or decrease exercise intensity
Modifications for specific body types and postural issues
Communication and observational skills
Verbal cueing and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation

We increased the number of classes and offer you now a regular schedule throughout the week.
You can also get fit now in our early morning classes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 8am.
We added 4 new classes in Thai language: Pilates Sanook and YogaFly Sanook.

Gyrokinesis is a series of continuous, flowing, dancelike movements done standing or while sitting on a stool or on the floor.
Gyrokinesis exercises allow one to work on the entire body through seven natural elements of spinal movement: forward, backward, left side, right side, left twist, right twist and circular, as well as all other joint articulation. This approach systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating movements. These movements stimulate the body’s internal organs while different corresponding breathing patterns are integrated along with the movements.
Those who practice Gyrokinesis exercises tend to be more relaxed in their daily lives and can move with increased flexibility and ease.
